The 48 Form Taijiquan is a standardized Taijiquan routine that was compiled by the Chinese National Athletic Association in 1976. It is based on the Yang style Taijiquan, but also includes moves and components from the other major styles such as Chen, Wu, and Sun styles of Taijiquan. It is a beautiful form that has become very popular throughout the world.
In this instructional DVD, Master Helen Liang will first demonstrate the entire routine followed by a demonstration of the individual movements along with movement applications.
