Chen's Style Tai Chi - Old Frame Routine 1

Chen's Style Taiji old frame routine No I (also called big frame) was composed by the 14th generation Chen village master Chen Changxing (1771- l 853). Old frame routine No 1 emphasizes on silk reeling power throughout the entire form. The form is done in a slow pace with soft movements most of the time and occasional expressions of power (fa jin). When practicing, body should be kept upright and movements be led by internal power.

Chenhan

Master Chenhan Yang has been studying for decades under the strict guidance of world famous Grandmaster Shouyu Liang. He is the official disciple of Grandmaster Shouyu Liang and the lineage holder ofthe Shushan Wuji Xiao Yao Pai. He is a director of the International Wushu Sanshou Dao Association (IWSD) and holds a 7th degree Master Level Black Belt with IWSD. He is also the director at the Shouyu Liang Wushu Taiji Qigong Institute. He has won numerous gold medals in intemational competitions and grand championship at the World Cup International Martial Arts Championship. He was featured in the book "Chinese Martial Arts Elites", "Kungfu Elements", "Contemporaiy Famous Chinese Martial Artists" and "Extraodinary Chinese Martial Artists of the World".
